Your questions answered
Can you work with my existing Xero setup?
Absolutely! If you're already using Xero, I can jump in and work with your existing setup. Whether you need help with invoicing, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll or financial reporting, I can take care of as much or as little as you need.
I’m Xero certified and have extensive experience working with Xero and other systems commonly used by trade businesses.
Can I outsource only payroll?
Yes, definitely. You don't need to outsource all your administration or bookkeeping to work with me.
If payroll is the only thing you need help with, that's absolutely fine. I can manage weekly or fortnightly payroll, leave entitlements, PAYE and other payroll administration.
I have experience using Xero Payroll, Smartly, iPayroll and other payroll systems.
Can you help with invoicing and chasing overdue payments?
Absolutely. Getting invoices out promptly and keeping on top of overdue payments is essential for maintaining healthy cashflow.
I can prepare and send invoices, manage debtor accounts, issue statements, follow up overdue payments and help keep your accounts up to date.
The aim is simple: help you get paid on time without having to spend your evenings chasing money.
Can you help me understand where my business is making or losing money?
Yes, and this is an important part of running a successful trade business.
I can assist with financial reporting, job costing, tracking expenses, monitoring cashflow and comparing project costs against budgets.
Having accurate, up-to-date information makes it easier to understand how your business is performing and plan ahead.
How much do your services cost?
My services are charged on an hourly basis, so you only pay for the support you need.
Every business is different, and the amount of assistance required will depend on the tasks involved and how frequently you need support.
We can have a chat about what you're looking for and work out an arrangement that suits your business.
